We accept return requests only if they comply with the conditions mentioned herein. Amazing Hypermarket will not process returns for incorrect product model, color, or product ordered by mistake. In such cases, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
All packages are sealed with tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept packages with a broken seal or visible damage. Accepting such packages will disqualify you from any return claim for physical damage, incorrect item, or missing accessories.
To initiate a return or lodge a complaint, visit the ‘Orders’ section, click on the ‘Help’ tab, and contact us via email, call, or chat. Choose the ‘log a complaint’ option, provide order and shipment details, and describe the issue. Upload product images if requested. The return option is available only during the eligible return period.
Requests raised after the return window has closed may still be directed to our customer care for further assistance.
If the product received is eligible for return, we recommend initiating a request immediately. We will verify the damage/defect and determine if the issue is our responsibility. Verification may include review of submitted photos/videos or a scheduled inspection by our personnel.
